Since his competitive bodybuilding days, he has lost nearly 50lbs of muscle. One of the biggest challenges in fitness is sticking to the plan. With our group coaching, you have a coach and a team holding you accountable, which significantly increases your consistency and results.
Most people struggle because they don’t know what actually works—and end up spinning their wheels with random workouts or fad diets.
Fitness can feel isolating when you’re doing it alone. A strong support system increases success rates and makes the journey way more fun.
Without structure, motivation, and expert coaching, people often see slow (or no) progress. With group coaching, everything is designed to help you transform your body in a sustainable way.
Phase 1: Trigger muscle memory and gains in strength (5 short workouts / week).
Phase 2: Slowly ramp up intensity and volume to maximize muscle memory gains (4 short workouts / week).
Phase 3: Solidify volume and intensity into a sustainable routine (3 short workouts / week).
Cardio: Yep, that's right. We're using cardio... but don't worry, we'll make sure you're using it the right way.
Weekly Check-Ins: Every week, you'll submit a check-in to ensure you're on track. Our Mind Pump Personal Training team will read and respond to every check-in, every week.
1 on 1 Zoom Call: At the end of the 90 day coaching period, each participant will schedule an "Off-Boarding" call with a Mind Pump Personal Trainer to make sure you feel confident moving on to the next phase of your journey.
Weekly Coaching Calls: Zoom call led by the Mind Pump Personal Training team - Kyle, Cole and Marcelo. These calls will provide accountability, expert guidance, and motivation to keep you on track.
Zoom Call Discussions with Sal, Adam and Justin: Every 2 weeks you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn from the Mind Pump hosts.
Reverse Diet Guidance: This will be Step #1. A Reverse Diet is a proven method for building muscle, speeding up the metabolism, and setting the stage for effective fat loss.
Eating for Fat Loss and Muscle Building: Over the course of the program, we will guide you through both fat loss and muscle building phases.
Calories and Macros: You'll learn how to adjust your macros for fat loss and muscle building phases.
Built-In Accountability & Motivation: Shared goals, peer support, and encouragement keep you committed and consistent.
Direct Access to Coaching & Expert Support: Sal, Adam, Justin and the rest of the Mind Pump Personal Training team will be actively engaging in the forum to ensure progress and help you avoid setbacks.
A Judgment-Free Zone for Support & Celebrating Wins: This boosts motivation, builds momentum, and reinforces consistency through shared success.
Workouts: All of your workouts will be housed within the app. This will allow you to track your exercises and see progression over time.
Metrics: Make sure you're on the right track by logging relevant metrics such as circumference measurements, body fat %, muscle mass, weight, steps, etc.
Follow Adam's Journey: Experience Adam's attempt to gain as much muscle as possible in 90 days.
Adam's Favorite Recipes: Try some of Adam's go-to easy, simple and protein packed recipes.
